🎭 UPA Summer Musical Theater Program
Broadway Bound
July 6 – August 28 | Ages 5–14
This summer at Urzúa Performing Arts, students will explore the magic of Broadway while developing real performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Our program introduces young performers to musical theater through singing, dancing, acting, and creative production, while learning about famous musicals from different eras.
Each week ends with a Friday Showcase Performance where students share what they learned with family and friends.
Whether your child already loves the stage or is just starting to explore performing arts, this program helps them grow in confidence, creativity, and teamwork.
⭐ What Makes This Program Special
Unlike camps that focus on just one musical, our Broadway Through the Ages program introduces students to many different styles of musical theater.
Students will explore songs, scenes, and choreography inspired by well-known shows such as:
• Wicked
• Matilda
• The Lion King
• Aladdin
• Beauty and the Beast
• Annie
• Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
• The Greatest Showman
• Hamilton
• Into the Woods
• In the Heights
Each week, students will experience different styles of musical theater, allowing them to explore a wide range of characters, music, and choreography.
This approach gives every student the opportunity to sing, act, and dance in different styles while discovering new shows they may not have seen before.
