DANCE

Our dance program builds strong technique and confidence through styles like ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and hip-hop. Each class develops artistry, discipline, and self-expression while keeping learning fun and inspiring.

ACRO/ CIRCUS

Our program combines strength, flexibility, and creativity through tumbling, aerial arts, balancing, and performance skills. Students gain coordination and confidence in a supportive environment that celebrates individuality and teamwork.

Musical Theatre

Drama classes develop confidence, diction, projection, and stage presence while building emotional awareness and communication skills. Students train their linguistic and interpersonal intelligences through storytelling, improvisation, and character work

Voice training class focuses on building strong breath support, healthy vocal technique, and musicality. Students will learn how to use their voices with confidence and expression, gaining skills that prepare them for solo singing, ensemble work, and the exciting world of stage and musical theater

Broadway jazz track brings musical theater to life, combining dance, drama, and voice for well-rounded performers. Students strengthen musical, kinesthetic, and interpersonal intelligences while discovering how to connect movement with storytelling.

DANCE

BALLET

Our ballet program blends the world’s most respected methods like Vaganova, Cecchetti, Royal, Cuban, and American, giving students versatility and preparation to work with a wide range of choreographers and companies. Ballet builds precision, strength, and artistry while developing musical and spatial intelligence. Beyond technique, students learn discipline and grace that support every other style of dance.

JAZZ


Jazz classes combine energy, style, and technique, giving students a strong foundation in one of the most dynamic dance forms. Training includes isolations, turns, jumps, and across-the-floor combinations, while emphasizing musicality, performance quality, and safe technique. Students explore both classic and contemporary jazz styles, building versatility, confidence, and stage presence to become expressive and well-rounded performers

Lyrical & Contemporary

These classes merge ballet foundations with modern and contemporary techniques. Students learn expressive movement, improvisation, and corporal expression, building emotional performance quality as well as spatial and intrapersonal intelligences. Lyrical and contemporary are central to artistic growth and prepare students for both stage performance and competition choreography

HIP HOP

Rooted in rhythm and self-expression, our hip-hop classes teach a wide variety of street styles while building strength, coordination, and improvisation. Students explore musicality, memory, and personal style, connecting their intrapersonal and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences. Hip-hop also develops confidence and stage presence in a supportive, high-energy environment

TAP

Tap dance connects movement and rhythm through percussive footwork. Students develop musical precision, listening skills, and mathematical patterns in motion, strengthening both logical-mathematical and musical intelligences. Tap enhances timing and versatility, preparing students for Broadway, commercial work, or competition choreography

Latin Ballroom

Our ballroom program focuses on Latin dances including samba, cha-cha, jive, paso doble, and rumba. Students develop posture, partnering skills, and rhythm, integrating interpersonal and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences. Training in ballroom builds elegance, athleticism, and adaptability for both social and competitive dance settings.

Conditioning


Conditioning classes focus on strength, flexibility, endurance, and injury prevention, with an emphasis on dancer longevity. Using a mix of Pilates, Yoga, Progressing Ballet Technique, Farfalla Stretch Method, and age-appropriate light weight training, students build strong muscles, healthy alignment, and safe movement patterns. This class supports the development of resilient, well-rounded performers while promoting long-term growth and healthy bodies

Recommended for dancers, acrobats, gymnasts, figure skaters and anyone interested in improving their overall strength and flexibility (mobility)

CIRCUS

Trapeze, Lyra, Contortion & Balance

This class blends aerial and acrobatic training, giving students a well-rounded foundation in strength, flexibility, and control. On trapeze and lyra, students learn proper technique, mounts, poses, and transitions that build artistry and confidence in the air. Contortion training focuses on safe flexibility and body mechanics, while balance work develops core stability, coordination, and focus. Together, these disciplines create strong, versatile performers who move with both power and grace

Silks, Sling & Tumbling

This class combines aerial and floor acrobatics to build strength, agility, and performance skills. On silks and sling, students learn climbs, wraps, drops, and transitions with a focus on proper technique and safety. Tumbling training develops coordination, power, and control through rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and progressions toward more advanced skills. Together, these disciplines strengthen the body, sharpen focus, and inspire creativity, preparing students to become confident and dynamic performers
