At Urzúa Performing Arts, we believe every child learns and shines in their own way. Our After-School Program is inspired by Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which recognizes that intelligence is not “one size fits all.” Instead, children thrive when their unique strengths are nurtured through a variety of experiences.
Urzua Performing Arts’ After-School Program is a unique, professionally structured experience where students ages 4 to 12 receive exceptional training in dance, circus arts, music, languages, and more, all in one place.
What’s Included:
Our comprehensive program goes far beyond traditional after-school activities. Every child enrolled receives access to:
• School Pickup from select local schools (walk or van service depending on distance)
• Nutritious Snacks provided daily
• Homework Help with academic support time built into the schedule
• Dance Classes: Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary, Latin Ballroom, Tap
• Circus & Acrobatics: Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Tumbling, Flexibility, Hand Balancing
• Music & Voice: Piano, Group voice lessons, rhythm training, and music theory
• Language Classes: Spanish, Japanese, French, etc. (personalized and based on interest)
• Sewing & Costume Design: Creative arts through hand and machine sewing
• Character Development & Performance Etiquette: Teaching confidence, teamwork, and stage presence

Schedule Overview
Enrollment & Tuition
• Families may enroll per semester or for the full school year.
• Semester enrollment: $4,240 (Sept–Jan or Feb–June)
• Full-year enrollment: $8,000 (Sept–June) when paid in full upfront
• Tuition covers all group classes, snacks, pickup, academic support, and enrichment
*Monthly installments available
*Enrollment available for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week

Additional Notes
• Some specialized classes (language, piano, etc.) are not listed in the base schedule as they are assigned based on student level. These sessions will be integrated into each child’s open schedule blocks.
• Limited class sizes, especially in aerial and circus training to ensure safety and quality. Early registration is strongly recommended.
